Finding and retaining employees - convincing with family friendliness. This was the core topic of the company visit, which was attended by 50 entrepreneurs and personnel managers, the IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt and the Initiative Familienorientierte Personalpolitik Main-Rhön on February 9, 2023. The event was organized by the Family Pact of Bavaria, of which Labor LS has also been a member since May 2022. The Managing Director Dr. Jürgen Balles and Marion Förg, Specialist Manager in the department Human Ressources, welcomed the guests and held a presentation about the company. That was followed by an open dialog and a tour of the laboratory, conducted by Frank Kugler and the trainees.
A presentation on the numerous attractive and established measures to ensure family-friendliness at Labor LS was given. These include for example:
- various flexible working-time models in full or part time
- up to 33 days of vacation
- subsidies for childcare costs
- the promotion of various leisure activities through corporate benefits or a company-owned employee card, for discounts at selected local partners.
