In view of the current situation, we would like to inform you proactively that Labor LS is making every effort to take the best possible infection protection measures for its employees in accordance with the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute against the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) which is spreading throughout Germany.
As a strategic precaution, we are in constant communication with our responsible hospital physician, our infection prevention officer as well as the local health authorities.
The management of Labor LS has decided to keep the number of visits by customers and other guests, such as service technicians and auditors, to an absolute minimum. In addition, no external customer visits will be performed until further notice and existing appointments of the field force needl unfortunately be cancelled.
These measures have become necessary to serve both the safety of our visitors as well as the health care and safety of our employees. In addition, our top priority is to ensure that LS can continue to perform the necessary quality control and release testing of your products to safeguard the drug supply process.
At present, Labor LS has not identified any cases of the coronavirus infection or suspected cases or associated operational restrictions. Tests are being processed routinely so that your samples can be sent to LS as usual.
Should the situation change, we will of course contact you immediately and adjust our measures accordingly.
