On March 30, we had the pleasure of welcoming our prospective trainees, accompanied by their relatives. We were able to introduce ourselves and hand over the employment contracts.
Dunja Köszegi, Head of Training, the Managing Director Dr. Jürgen Balles and Frank Kugler welcomed the trainees. Then Dunja Köszegi and Clara Metz, from the Training and Human Resources Department introduced Labor LS SE & Co. KG as a company and told the requirements of the training, but also the numerous benefits. At this point, the trainee shared apartment, the possibility of a stay abroad in Finland, the company's own initiative trainees help trainees and many trainee excursions were mentioned. Afterwards they had coffee and cake, where the trainees could ask questions and get to know the trainers better. Thereafter, they went on a tour of the training laboratory, the chemistry department or the commercial departments.
We like to thank everyone for coming and we are looking forward to the start of training in September!
