Please send your electronically created order letter, signed, together with your samples to Labor LS.

When transporting samples, not only the contents but also the packaging matter. Proper packaging protects the samples from damage and minimizes potential health risks for employees.

Ensure that a safety data sheet is enclosed.

Furthermore, the labeling of the samples must be unambiguous and match the cover letter.

temperature-sensitive goods

Packaging: polystyrene or cool box with sufficient cool packs or dry ice.

If you wish to have temperature monitoring, you can enclose a data logger with the samples. For safety reasons, we cannot read the data logger, but we are happy to inform you of the arrival time and send the data logger back to you for reading. We immediately measure the entry temperature of all samples marked as temperature-sensitive goods. If you would like to be informed, please note this on your cover letter, including your email address. Please also let us know whether we should test your samples if they arrive outside the specified temperature range.

Hazardous substances

Hazardous substances must be clearly labeled and appropriately packaged to prevent leakage during transport.
Please ensure that a safety data sheet is enclosed.

Controlled Substances (BTM)

Narcotics must be labeled properly.
Please include the receipt confirmation and delivery note with the samples.

Labor LS offers its own sample logistics service. Which we are happy to make available to you. We use qualified and temperature-controlled vehicles to reliably pick up your samples. If you prefer an individual sample collection, feel free to contact us.

For shipments that do not require temperature monitoring, you can use one of the usual parcel service providers (e.g. DPD, Deutsche Post, TNT, etc.).

To be able to guarantee sample acceptance on Saturdays and holidays (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM), prior notice is required. Please send this at least one working day in advance to probenmanagement@labor-ls.de.

By default, the certificates of analysis are sent electronically in PDF format so that you are immediately informed of the test results. Please provide the desired email address on your cover letter.

In consideration of the environment, we avoid additional paper prints, but if requested, we can provide them for an additional fee.
