High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)

We offer the following services using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and ion chromatography (IC):

  • Routine testing of
    • Raw materials in accordance with pharmacopoeia standards
    • Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in accordance with pharmacopoeia standards
    • Finished products
  • Identity, content and purity analyses
  • Individual development, validation and transfers of HPLC methods

We offer the following detection options:

This detection method is very commonly used to identify molecules containing chromophores. We analyse the following substances, amongst others, using UV detection: Glycine, Heparin Sodium, Formoterol and EDTA.

Fluorescence detection is used for fluorescent analytes and a sensitive detection method in HPLC.

Detection using the refractive index is mainly used for sugar analysis, such as Sucrose, Glucose, Sorbitol and Mannitol.

Pulsed amperometric detection is most commonly used for the analysis of carbohydrates. We analyse mainly the group of Aminoglycosides, which includes Gentamicin and Neomycin.

Conductivity detection is used to identify ionic compounds. Our focus is on the analysis of nitrate in aqueous solutions, but it can also be used to detect other ions such as ammonium or chloride.

Charged Aerosol Detection is a universal detection method, as it is independent of the structure of the analyte. This detector is used in lipid analysis, the investigation of LNPs, polysorbates and monographed substances such as Gadobutrol and Topiramate.
