Quality Management: CGMP-compliant systems and continuous improvement
Welcome to the world of Quality Management at Labor LS. Here you can expect an excellent acknowledgment of quality and work at the highest level.
Labor LS relies on CGMP-compliant systems and the continuous improvement of quality-related processes. Our commitment to strict national and international regulations means that you can rely on our quality standards - always up-to-date, always ready for inspection. By consistently digitizing our QM system, we ensure that all QM processes are smoothly integrated. Both technically and in terms of personnel, we are positioned to reliably meet the high quality requirements of our global customers and authorities.
Gain an overview of the aspects of our QM system
We are thoroughly familiar with customer audits and inspections. Up to 70 audits per year are part of our normal workload. In other words, there are always new challenges from other quality systems. However, this exchange with like-minded people broadens horizons and facilitates the continuous improvement of our processes.
Both the onboarding process and regular employee qualification are governed by the QM system. New employees start with a basic quality training lasting several days. Year-round training plans ensure repeated instruction in GMP aspects. A permanently updated qualification matrix provides the necessary overview.
Whether this relates to basic laboratory equipment, complex computerized systems, data-based Excel sheets, or even cloud computing, Quality Management supports the implementation, requalification, and monitoring activities by applying well-designed, standard procedures.
Digitization is a key topic at Labor LS. In addition to its numerous in-house projects, QM is involved in a number of cross-departmental concepts. The detailed knowledge of GMP requirements helps to point new projects in the right direction and to integrate new/changed processes into the overall system in compliance with GMP-regulations.
No changes without an evaluation of risks. This applies to all QM topics, regardless of whether they involve new methods, the assessment of deviations, new premises and equipment, or supplier qualification. The requirements of ICH Q9 are applied with tools such as FMEA, FTA or HACCP to be able to identify risks quickly and reliably.
