Absence of DNases / RNases
DNA and RNA-based pharmaceuticals are becoming increasingly important for the treatment of various diseases as well as vaccines. To protect these products, contamination with DNases and/or RNases must be excluded. Likewise, consumables that come into contact with these molecules (single use devices for fermentation, reaction tubes, pipette tips, microtiter plates, etc.) must be tested for DNases and/or RNases.
For both product fields fluorometric methods have been implemented and validated at Labor LS in addition to the existing methods. For different matrices we offer product specific proficiency testing as well as routine testing of your drugs, your consumables and your single use devices.
