Email delivery issues

As previously communicated to our business partners, we have discovered that users experiencing spam filtering issues that are causing legitimate emails to be misdirected to the Junk/Spam folder.

If you are expecting an email from us and do not receive it in a reasonable amount of time, please check your SPAM/junk folder for messages that may have been mis-sorted.

We would like to emphasize that we have implemented all necessary security measures.  The legitimacy and authenticity of our emails is still guaranteed. This includes measures such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

We would like to suggest a concrete solution to ensure that you can receive our emails as usual: Contact your IT administration and ask them to whitelist our domain. This is a permanent solution to ensure that our emails are delivered correctly.
