A career start with distinction

On February 16, 2023, we had the pleasure of celebrating the graduation of our bio and chemistry trainees at the vocational school in Würzburg. Eight future specialists received their vocational school certificates.

Jasmin Hey, Natalie Göllner and Andreas Schuhmann are among the best of the year with a grade point average of 1.0!

Our apprentices started their training in a dedicated special laboratory course, where they learnt and practiced their practical basics. They then spent four to six months in each of the various departments of our specialist divisions, where our 15 trainers and 9 training officers imparted their knowledge.

During their training at Labor LS, the trainees have the opportunity to go on group excursions, live in a company-owned shared apartment, receive numerous benefits such as discounts in the company's own modern canteen, free drinks & salads, company pension plan, a 13th month's salary and, of course, high chances of being offered a permanent position.

We congratulate our former trainees and are looking forward to working with them in our specialist teams.
